OMOL Mentoring’s mission was revamped in 2019 as “One More child to support and advocate for, and One Less child without their needs met during the pandemic.”
Today, that mission has evolved into:

OMOL Mentoring addresses the growing lack of employment, workforce training, integrated behavioral health, and affordable housing that continues to trap youth, families, returning citizens, and residents in cycles of poverty and instability. Through mentorship, WorkFORX© Development, behavioral health partnerships, environmental education, and community-based support, OMOL Mentoring serves as a solution-driven ecosystem helping residents move from barriers to opportunity.
