Minister Brian Bordley is a visionary community leader, youth, family, and veteran advocate, and a system-builder dedicated to transforming the trajectories of Black and Brown youth and families. As a reentry citizen himself and with a background in ministry, community healing, and program innovation, he has committed his life to closing the gaps created by inequity—one young person at a time. As successor CEO to the late Bishop Ron Beazer, One More… One Less Mentoring uses a culturally rooted, trauma-informed, and community-first approach to create pathways of stability, dignity, and opportunity for those often overlooked or underestimated.
